Threadule is currently in the pre-launch phase. This waitlist is being used to:

Important: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, as we are still evaluating whether to proceed with full development based on signup interest.
2. No Guarantee of Product Launch
You acknowledge and agree that:
Threadule may not be built or launched if there is insufficient interest
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the product at any time
If we decide not to build Threadule, we will:
Notify all waitlist members via email
Delete all collected personal data
Announce the decision on our social media channels
No refunds are applicable as the waitlist is free to join

There are no age restrictions for joining the Threadule waitlist. By signing up, you represent that:

All information you provide is accurate and truthful
You will update us if your contact information changes
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Not use false identities or impersonate others
Not submit multiple signups with different email addresses to manipulate waitlist position
Not use the waitlist for spam or malicious purposes
Respect our communications and team members
8. Data and Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threadule shall not be liable for:
Any damages arising from your participation in the waitlist
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any claims arising from cancellation of the product
Since the waitlist is free to join, you acknowledge that you have not suffered any financial loss by participating.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. Your continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Remove you from the waitlist if you violate these terms
Close the waitlist at any time
Cancel the entire Threadule project
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
14. No Company Entity
Please note that Threadule is currently a pre-launch project without a registered company entity. These terms are provided in good faith to establish clear expectations between us and waitlist members.
15. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Threadule regarding the waitlist.
